Officium is a partner for the housing sector offering metering and energy services. We operate 14 companies for the consumption-dependent metering and billing of water and heating services. Our customers are primarily small and medium-sized property management companies and private landlords. Our regional focus is Berlin, Brandenburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Mecklenburg Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony Anhalt, Thuringia, and Bavaria.
