The Officium Group is one of the leading, independent metering and energy service providers for the consumption-dependent recording, displaying, and billing of water and heat in the housing sector. With our independently operating companies in Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Berlin, Brandenburg, Thuringia and Saxony, we have more than 200 employees working to digitize the energy transition for more than 12,000 customers with more than 350,000 residential units and more than 2,000,000 sensors.

We intend to strengthen the expansion of the Officium Group through the acquisition of additional companies across Germany and to advance the digitalization of processes and services in order to strengthen our offering for current and new customers.
