Patrick Saslona is the new Officium CIO and ifena managing director
Düsseldorf, November 26, 2025: Officium GmbH, a leading provider of metering and energy services for the housing industry, welcomes Patrick Saslona as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO). In addition, he has been appointed Managing Director of Officium subsidiary ifena GmbH alongside Frank Jung. Saslona took up the position on November 1.
With Patrick Saslona, Officium is continuing to drive forward its digitalisation strategy and is relying on the experience of a proven IT specialist. Saslona has extensive expertise as a CIO and is particularly familiar with the challenges of a rapidly growing company undergoing far-reaching IT changes. He has demonstrated this in previous positions at the Michelin Group and the KOSTAL Group, where he was responsible for global digital transformation. In his most recent position, the 42-year-old was CIO of the vitronet Group, where he was responsible for implementing the reorganisation of the group’s IT.

In addition to his role as CIO, Saslona will also take over the management of Officium’s subsidiary ifena GmbH. He will share this position with Birger Ohl and Frank Jung, CFO of Officium GmbH. Furthermore, ifena, the group’s IT service provider, will move into the EUREF campus in Düsseldorf, where Officium also has its offices, on 1 December 2025. This will create a central hub for the company’s employees and bring the group’s management team together in one location.
