W-Serv GmbH and Immo-Tec GmbH become part of OFFICIUM
Düsseldorf, 12 March 2026: Officium GmbH continues to grow and welcomes W-Serv GmbH from Zeitz and Immo-Tec GmbH from Recklinghausen into its group of companies. Both companies will continue to be managed by their current managing director, Thorsten Richter. The long-standing successful team at W-Serv and Immo-Tec will also continue to support the customers of both companies with personalised service, experience and expertise.
With the integration of the two companies, OFFICIUM is consistently continuing its growth course in the field of metering and energy services for the housing industry. As an umbrella company, OFFICIUM brings together several regional specialists in consumption-based metering and billing for water and heat, as well as digital solutions in energy management.
Established companies with regional strength
W-Serv GmbH, based in Zeitz, and Immo-Tec GmbH, based in Recklinghausen, have many years of experience in supporting housing companies and property management firms. Both companies have established themselves in their respective regions thanks to their regional market knowledge, customer focus and technical services. The existing locations in Zeitz and Recklinghausen will remain unchanged.
