Legionella bacteria

Legionella is a serious health hazard and must be reported. It is particularly likely to occur in areas where water temperatures are as low as 50°C and where there is little circulation in the drinking water system. This is especially the case in older buildings or rarely used parts of buildings/houses. Landlords and property owners are required to have their properties regularly tested for the presence of Legionella. Our metering service providers can help you to test the drinking water and take samples in the event of suspicion and, in the event of an actual outbreak, to provide legally compliant documentation. Of course, we will guide you through the entire documentation process in such an event.
