Officium acquires Thermomess Wärmemessdienst AG Wasserburg near Munich
Munich, 14 March 2024 – Officium GmbH (“Officium”), a partner for metering and energy services for the housing sector, acquired Thermomess Wärmemessdienst AG (“Thermomess”), one of the leading mid-sized heat metering service providers in Germany. The acquisition takes Officium’s portfolio to 14 companies, making it the sixth largest provider of metering and energy services in Germany.
Established in Wasserburg near Munich in 1964 by Hans Busch, Thermomess, has always placed the customer at the centre. By focusing on quality and being a reliable one-stop service to its customers, the family-owned business has developed into an innovative, leading medium-sized company in the heating servicer sector that caters for more than 220,000 individual apartments throughout Germany. The company goes beyond the mere billing and rental of equipment to provide support in problematic situations, supporting its customers to comply with increasingly stringent legal requirements and reporting obligations.
