Officium takes over CalMess GmbH heat measurement service from Neuenhagen near Berlin

Pegnitz/Neuenhagen near Berlin, June 29, 2023: Growth at Officium GmbH, partner for measurement and energy services for the housing industry: As of June 22, 2023, the portfolio company took over CalMess GmbHwärmemesdienst from Neuenhagen near Berlin in Brandenburg. The Officium now brings together 12 independent measurement service providers under one roof.

CalMess GmbH Hitzemeßdienst is a specialist in the sales, reading and billing of water and heat measuring devices in the Berlin/Brandenburg region, especially in the area of private landlords and in the medium-sized housing industry. CalMess supports more than 350,000 installed devices in over 44,000 usage units. There is also a sales office in Saxony-Anhalt and further partners in Dessau, Magdeburg and Rathenow. The company, founded in 1991 by Jörg Brätsch, Frank Giebelmann and Jens Siemoneit, is characterized above all by high quality combined with digital working methods: e.g. B. in the form of remotely readable OMS-capable devices and state-of-the-art data processing technology.

It was agreed not to disclose the sales price of CalMess.
